All Registration Fees (Regular Fee, EOS, SPIE Members and Invited Speaker Fee, and Student Fee) include an attendance at the conference, book of abstracts (given on-site), Proceedings of SPIE with selected papers distributed after conference on CD, conference package, refreshments during breaks, Welcoming Reception and use of conference facilities.
Please note that all participants, including invited speakers, session chairs and committee members pay the registration fee if attend the scientific conference program part.
Each registered author can present only one abstract.
The Accompanying Person fee
include refreshments during breaks, Welcoming Reception and assistance with individual cultural events requests.
No attendance at the Photonics Prague 2011 scientific program and sessions is included.
The New VAT Law Regulations
Because of the new VAT law regulations in the Czech Republic, the registration fees can be paid by foreigns without VAT. Please fill all required information on the Registration & Booking Form to be entitled to do so.
If your billing party has a VAT number, this extempt you from paying VAT in Czech Republic and you will pay the prices without VAT.
